DETAILED DESIGN
Upon finalisation of the concept, a set of fully defined 3D CAD models are produced using SolidWorks™.
This 3D CAD data can then be used for either rapid prototyping or manufacture. The following areas are worked into the design at this stage: part geometry / aesthetics / ergonomics / usability / functionality / part strength / materials / part costs / manufacturability / assembly.
This 3D CAD data can also be translated into fully working 2D drawings. The customer is kept up-to-date throughout all stages of the design process ensuring a full understanding of the task in hand.
