FDM - Fused Deposition Modeling
Real engineering plastics are used to form functional prototypes, parts can be built in ABS, Polycarbonate and PPSU.
Prototypes can be built using this method that closely matches the final products mechanical properties. FDM can build virtually any geometry and can be used to build parts that can not be built using other manufacturing methods without resorting to assemblies.
Delivery usually 3 to 5 days (dependant on part size)
Accuracy +/- 0.2mm
Maximum single component size 600x500x600mm
