Envisiontec Perfactory
Perfactory Creates a model from your CAD data by exposing an entire sliced image of your part with light, that layer is cured and subsequent layers are built on top of this until your part
is complete.
Maximum single component size 190mm x 152mm x 230mm.
Why Use It
Accuracy - This process is used to produce highly accurate parts, it is commonly used in the medical and jewellery industries. We can produce parts with tolerances up to 25µm in X&Y and 20&956 µm in Z.
Detailing - As the tolerances are so high even minute details can be replicated in this prototyping technique.
Speed - The average build rate is 25 mm per hour.
Why to Consider It
Size - As the build platform is small in relation to other prototyping techniques parts are therefore small. If you require accuracy but on a larger part.
